The Junior Yoga Bolster has the same length, but a shorter width, than the Standard Bolster.
This narrower, lighter weight bolster has plenty of purposes and is fun to use creatively. It is perfect for heart-opening poses, and the size is also great for smaller yogis or a slight lift under the knees.
