DESCRIPTION:
The Foam Wedge provides support for your joints in a variety of poses. The forward slant can make poses such as squatting and Upward Bow attainable, as well as keeping your wrists supported in Downward Dog. You can also use it under your pelvis in seated forward bends. The foam in this wedge is firm and soft.
